Rosario Gonzalez Joaquin), Autism Intervenionist, Behavior Therapist, Special Education Consultant, President, Shine Special Education Center, Inc. & SPED Consultant of DREAM as she facilitates a Workshop on Autism for Parents & Therapists on “ Relationship Between Communication & Behavior” to help better understand what a person with autism is like.
