A Child’s DREAM Foundation, Inc., Baguio’s first pediatric therapy center for special children & the Kumon Baguio Study Center, as an outreach program to promote art, creativity & inclusion, will be offering free art classes for children (both typical & atypical) in March 2011. Maria Luisa G. Perez, Kumon Baguio Study Center’s Proprietor & A Child’s DREAM Founder & Medical Director, Dr. Francis Xavier Dimalanta & Executive Director, Mita Angela M.
