A Child’s DREAM Celebrates Panagbenga 2009 – Presents Storytelling Workshops

You’re invited to a Storytelling Workshop on February 26-27, Thursday and Friday at the Baguio-Mt. Provinces Museum at Governor Pack Road from 8 am to 5 pm. as A Child’s DREAM (Developmental, Rehabilitative, Early Assessment & Management) Foundation, Inc. , Baguio’s first pediatric therapy center for special children, celebrates Baguio City’s Centennial Year, and Panagbenga 2009.

Day 1 presents “A Story Telling Workshop” by Mr. Manolo Silayan who is the President of the Alitaptap Storytellers Philippines. On Day 2, Trainor/Consultant for Schools & Special Education Teacher Ms. Arlene Salomon, who is Founder of the Advocacy to Access Literacy in the Philippines, will conduct the workshop using gestures, sounds, movement and arts & crafts. What would be fun would be activities like balloon twisting skills to create flowers to be able to tell a story.
